2022 Annual meeting
NCHCA members gathered in Warrens, Wisconsin on February 5th and 6th for the annual meeting and educational session at Three Bears Resort.
Members split into small groups to cover a variety of topics including:

Chris Polzin, livestock judge and owner of Polzin Cattle was the keynote speaker. Chris led an interactive session where a number of topics were discussed including breeding decisions, breed characteristics, selecting bulls, judging livestock, showing to name a few.

The NCHCA board honored Randi Johnson of Climbing Stump Farm for her work in support of the Association. Randi has served on the NCHCA Board and continues to work on several committees including show, sale, calendar and website. Congratulations, Randi and thank you for all you have done for NCHCA!

After a great banquet, an auction to support the junior programs was held and a good time was had by all. Thanks to all who contributed items and bid. Juniors raised over $1,000 through your generosity. |
On Sunday morning, the business meeting was held. The board updated members about priorities and projects it has been working on during the year. Committees made reports on their activities for the year and recommendations for the upcoming year. Some of the highlights are:

An election was held for one director position and Maureen Matt of Hidden Ridge Highland Cattle was elected to a two year term.
