We resurrected an abandoned dairy farm from the 1950’s and established an ideal environment to raise registered Scottish Highland cattle. Our original breeding stock come from Schon Boden Farms of Osceola, WI and R&R Highlands of Milaca, MN. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Please enjoy these photos!

Midway Meadow Farms is located in northern Minnesota along one-mile of the Midway River in Esko. We are a Minnesota Agricultural Water Quality Certified Farm. If you squint, you might think you are in the Scottish Highlands with our rocky outcrops and rolling pastures.
