Highland Spring Farm is a pasture-based farm located in the Town of Dunn near Fitchburg, WI. Founded in 2012, we are committed to producing high-quality meats and eggs that our customers can enjoy and feel good about eating.
We sell beef by the quarter as well as by the cut at three area farmer's markets as well as several restaurants and corporate kitchens.
Visitors are welcome anytime to see our pastured poultry, pastured pork and our signature Scottish Highland cattle.
